This page is dedicated to different coping skills. We created this page so that our clients as well as others could access these coping skills and utilize them as they see fit. We want these to be easy to access and easy to follow so that you can use them whenever you need to.

Take what you feel is helpful and feel free to leave the rest. We know that not all of these are going to be helpful to every single person and that is okay! We tell our clients that we really just need at least one coping skill that works, more is just icing on the cake!
