We start by making sure we are the fit for what you are looking for through offer complimentary 15-minute consultations. This gives you an opportunity to talk with one of our clinicians and make sure they have the training, background, and overall connection that you are looking for.

In doing therapy with us, you can always expect kindness, compassion, and empathy, as well as a healthy amount of laughter and sarcasm when appropriate. We pride ourselves in making trauma therapy as easy as possible with you as our driving factor every session.
